Services & Support

A clear path from plan to operation.

DETIAN brings design, equipment supply, installation and maintenance into one service approach. We define the work around your site conditions, priorities and project schedule.

  1. 01

    Design

Understand the application, review site requirements and develop a system proposal with equipment selection and a clear scope of work.

  2. 02

    Supply

Coordinate equipment supply against the agreed specification, considering system compatibility, project needs and delivery arrangements.

  3. 03

    Install

Carry out installation, configuration and commissioning in line with the agreed scope, then prepare the systems for handover.

  4. 04

    Support

Provide after-sales maintenance and technical support, with service arrangements agreed for the location, equipment and operating requirements.

Service region

Support that considers the site as well as the system.

Based in Tanzania and serving East Africa, we plan support around where your project operates. Maintenance scope, site visits and remote assistance can be discussed as part of your project requirements.

Tell us a little about your project.

  • Project location and type of site
  • Systems required or issues with an existing installation
  • Available plans, approximate scale and site conditions
  • Expected timeline and budget range, if available

Planning delivery and ongoing support

A clear project scope connects technical choices with site work, costs and maintenance arrangements.

How does DETIAN organise an ICT installation project?

DETIAN brings together system design, equipment supply, installation and after-sales maintenance. Project discussions establish the location, required functions, existing infrastructure and intended schedule. The agreed scope then guides equipment selection, installation and commissioning. Responsibilities, site access and handover requirements should be clarified with the project team. The delivery arrangement depends on the systems involved and the conditions at the project site.

What do you need to prepare a project quotation?

Send the project country and city, facility type, required systems and approximate scale. Floor plans, an equipment list and photographs of relevant areas can help explain the work. Include the intended schedule and any budget range already set. Equipment specifications, installation conditions and maintenance requirements affect the scope, so incomplete details may need to be clarified before a quotation can be prepared.

Can an existing system be assessed for an upgrade?

An upgrade discussion can start with your existing equipment list, available drawings and the problems or new functions you want to address. Compatibility, cabling, power and available interfaces need to be considered before deciding what can be retained. Share any restrictions on access or interruption to operations. The proposed work can then be defined around the existing installation and the requirements for the upgraded system.

How are maintenance and support arranged for an East Africa project?

Maintenance arrangements are discussed according to the project location, equipment and operating requirements. Define the systems to be covered, known faults, available documentation and the people responsible for day-to-day operation. Site visits, remote assistance and the maintenance scope can then be considered as part of the service discussion. Specific schedules, responsibilities and response arrangements need to be agreed for the project.
